Vuelta a la cirugía
Paola Cristina Dávila Ripepi está estable, todos los valores de seguimiento médico son muy buenos excepto la velocidad de su respiración.
Ayer se decidió sedarla y colocarle el respirador para que pueda descansar un poco,… si volvimos al respirador… Pero es lo mejor aún teniendo un montón de posibles efectos secundarios.
Los médicos se han reunido todos los días para discutir lo que sucede a Paola y han concluído que además de darle tiempo deben hacer una pequeña cirugía el próximo lunes.. de nuevo, a fin de ayudar al músculo del diafragma a mejorar su posición actual. Al llegar a visitarla hoy, Paola abrió los ojos y estuvo bien despierta y bastante tranquila mientras Papi y Mami la consentían.

síndrome de corazón izquierdo
hipoplásico HLHS, un tipo raro de cardiopatía
congénita. Paola es gemela con Lara quien no tiene esta
cardiopatía. Actualmente Paola es atendida por el
equipo de médicos del Miami Children´s Hospital.
